September Update #1: Cozy Fall Living Room

September Update #2: Lake Winnipesaukee

We finally got another trip in! Lake Winnipesaukee was beautiful. Stay tuned for a post devoted to the trip as well as our brief stop at Niagara Falls. But, in the meantime, here are a couple of photos from the long weekend.

September Update #3: Target Purchases

I just discovered that Ulta is at Target! That means it has probably been there awhile. Nonetheless, I’ve linked a couple of my Ulta at Target purchases as well as some other Target beauty buys.

September Update #4: Wallpaper

If you can even imagine, this wallpaper is even more beautiful in person! I cannot wait to get it up in our powder bathroom. I wasn’t sure if it would go with the floors. It was one of those “it’s either going to go or not go” situations. And, I think it works! By now, you may be able to tell that I like a little handsomeness (the floors) with a little prettiness (the wallpaper). This is the perfect combination for me!

September Update #5: Halloween

Halloween isn’t my favorite, but in the past few years, I’ve learned to embrace it… a bit. The kids have so much fun that it makes it worth it. Last year, I purchased a bunch of these bats as well as this fun witch-in-the-moon window stick on. Hanging witch hats is another Halloween trend I can get on board with.

September Update #6: Fire Pits

I just ordered this propane fire pit as a family group gift for R’s birthday next month. The fact that there will be no smoke is a secret advanced bday present to myself. I’ll keep you posted on how we like it! We have this wood-burning one in our backyard at home and use it often.
