Women’s Winter Boots- Mackinaw Road

Hi there! I’m taking a break from the Gift Guides to talk about women’s winter boots. Winter boots are a definite necessity when living in Michigan. I have two pairs that I love and both need new lining since I have worn them often for the past several years. I may look into having the lining replaced. Or, I may use this as a good excuse to invest in another pair. We will see. Since this is a wish list of sorts, I do not have any direct experience with the boots, so you’ll want to read the descriptions and reviews to make sure that they are what you are looking for. I do, however, love the boots that I have from Merrell and Sorel- they are top notch boots in my experience. Our kids have had Lands’ End winter boots in the past, and they worked great too! Alright- let’s talk specifics!

Women’s Winter Boots

I have included a range of prices in this round up, from $48 all the way up to $170. You’ll notice the color pallette of the options is quite similar – haha! Some of the boots do come in different colors, so you can always click around to see the gamut of options.

Women’s Sherpa-Lined Boots: I love everything about these boots! The plaid, the sherpa, and the removable insulation make these boots top contenders!

Out N About Boots: The color combination on these boots is lovely. I also love the felted wool and leather detail.

Thermo Snowdrift Zip Mid Shell: I love the sleek design of this boot. The fleece lining and low bulk insulation are intriguing too. They remind me of a pair that I have and have used for many, many years.

Approach Sage Pull On Polar Waterproof: This boot looks cozy! With its fleece lining and waterproof suede leather upper, it seems like a sure thing!

Tremblant Pull On Polar Waterproof: This boot looks very similar to the Sage Pull On. Options are always nice.

Cougar Waterproof Lace Up Winter Boots: I love the fleece plaid detail on these lace-up winter boots. These boots also boast a textured outsole, padded insole, and warm lining. They are available in 3 additional color combinations.

Addison Faux Sherpa Hiker Boot: The nonslip sole and faux sherpa lining make this look like a great hiker boot. The price seems nice too.

Squall Insulated Winter Snow Boots: Okay, these may go straight to the top of my list! They looks incredibly warm, and I love their height. It seems like the snow drifts would have to be pretty high for snow to get into these boots. I like the adjustable bungee lacing too.

Out N About Tall Winter Boots: The taller version of the Out N About mentioned above, these look to be another great option for that sneaky snow.

Ontario Tall Polar Waterproof: I love the mesh and the full grain leather details on these boots. The grip on the soles looks legit as well.

Okay- there you have it! 10 Women’s Winter Boot options. I hope that this helps to narrow down your search if you are in the market for new winter boots this season. I’m hoping to begin decorating for the holidays in the next few weeks or so. If you are starting earlier this year (as many people are!), you may be interested in this post (Cozy Winter Living Room)- The Ski Lift print will definitely be going back on our mantel in December and I’m considering switching from this plaid to this plaid on our pillows.
